I have been absolutely swamped at work all week. It is to the point where I seriously am considering asking my boss for some help because I don’t know if I can keep this up much longer. I know they didn’t have plans on hiring anybody else anytime soon but if something doesn’t change I’ll be looking for another job soon. I don’t get paid enough to do what I have been doing and it has no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Today I spent half of the day installing a new conference call system. That was easily a 2 person job and with another person I could have been done in less than half the time. That’s just one example of an endless supply of them. I’m going to finish out the year then give them an ultimatum. Either they hire me some help or they get a 2 week notice from me. I can always go work for my Uncle Jim at  his pizza shop until I find another real job.
